Hello, I've an aged account and more than 200 legit orders over the past few years. I've Amz. Prime and I made a 130€ order 4 days ago. At first, I didn't want to make a SE but when I saw that my package had been delivered to my door without a signature, I thought I'd try DNA. I waited 1 day before starting a chat and the answer was something like : "I can't pay you back until Wednesday or Tuesday. I will contact the delivery person and ask him to pick up the package where he left it, then he will call you to deliver it to you personally". How can I do to get the SE?  And how I would have done if the package had really been stolen ?
