So I was delivered my AirPods Max yesterday. On the sticker on the parcel it says ‘50g’ surprisingly. This items meant to weigh around 400g? Shall I say EB?

That's an error.

The shipping weight would be at least 520 grams.

This items meant to weigh around 400g?

Excluding the Smart Case, the AirPods Max are 385 grams.

Shall I say EB?

The Item weight will be Identified as per above, so It's too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

It's definitely an error.

However If an Investigation Is opened, the company Is well aware that the Item weight Is not 50 grams, hence will cross-check It and deem the AirPods were enclosed In the package.
