I am trying to perform EB on AirPods I bought from an Apple store. Silly me, I bought the AirPods from an Apple store in a city I won’t be returning to for like 2 weeks or so and apple told me I have to go back to that store so they can deal with it. I want to use these AirPods but will apple know the AirPods have been activated and connected to my phone or is it safe to use them?

Apple has the capacity to see the activity performed on an Apple watch, so It may also be the case with AirPods.
