Let's say if I refunded AirPod from Amazon, do they have the ability to blacklist the AirPods and is it safe for me to use the product myself?

What are you planning on doing with them? Personally even if the did blacklist it I don't see how that would affect you if they were for personal use.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no measures In place to blacklist AirPods.

You'll be fine.

I'll be using did not arrive if they don't require signature. If signature then probably empty box.

AirPods are extremely light- 42 grams Inclusive of the charging case, which will barely register a weight on consignment.

As such, the empty box on receipt of the package, Is the better option.
