I followed the EB method and told them I was missing the airpods.

This is what they told me 'We have concluded our investigation into the delivery of your Apple order.

As soon as we were notified that you had not received your goods, we initiated an investigation internally and with our carrier.

On conclusion of our investigation, we have determined that the delivery was completed successfully to the address provided.
For this reason, we are unable to issue you with a Refund.'

That whole thing makes no sense to me if you EB'd the item. They'd have almost no reason to say the delivery was completed successfully if you claimed it was an empty box. Almost makes it seem like they were thinking it hadn't arrived at all. Just my thoughts.

Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking, maybe they didn't understand, I'm thinking of calling them up tomorrow.

Contact them again by preferably calling them and pressure them into sending you another pair of aipods because the packaging didn't contain your airpods... so basically just stick to your story and pressure them. I recommend you a replacement since it is seemingly easier for them to issue you a replacement than a refund and then once you recieve the airpods just return them for a refund.

Are you telling the whole package is empty or only the airpods inside the apple box (with case) is missing?

My goodness, yet another bunch of thickheads who've based their decision on Irrelevant circumstances.

As per their reply below, ask them how a package that's marked delivered, Is relevant to claiming the goods were missing from the package Itself.

UPDATE: Refund was given!

Note: They asked for a police report, luckily my country allows you to do them online and you get a PDF to prove you did so, nothing will be done about it since it can be done with random info and they (the police) only do something after you go to the nearest PD.

can somebody confirm for me, when EB'ing air pods is the correct method to claim that the apple box itself was completely empty or that the air pods/charging box was missing or just the pods and not the charger?
