The keyword here Is: further appeals  "may" not be considered. It does not mean that further appeals "will" not be considered, "May" Is a probability, meaning It's not conclusive that you cannot appeal any further. It's up to you whether you wish to appeal again.

Also, accounts disabled for invalid click activity will receive no further payment nor any reissue of previous payment.

You've breached their TOS, therefore It will be almost Impossible to regain your account.

But, I think that if I make it big on YT or anything and have a lot of traffic youtube should be able to work something out i mean, it'd only make sense right?

It depends on YouTube's side. It's very difficult to determine on this end. I know this Is a big Inconvenience for you, but If It were myself (It's just the caliber of person I am), I'd do everything possible to get my account back.

Maybe they thought you were underage, based on the voice in the videos. I'm not sure if they require people be >18 to receive payments.

Meh, Ion know. I'm sure like I said if I do ever become popular on youtube probably around 100k+ subs, I'd be able to get the account back. If not I'm not really too worried about it to be honest. I just do it as something to do money would be nice in the long run but y'know.
