I've seen a lot of Adidas letters recently demanding repayment due to a refund where the items weren't returned properly.

I absolutely agree.

My previous post Is based on a successful outcome (with the EB and DNA), without any discrepancies/Inconsistencies whatsoever.

Basically they are refunding FTID then further down the line realising what's happened and demanding repayment or threatening Futher action.

A prime example to refrain from using the flawed so-called FTID garbage.
