Planning to refund running shoes costing ‎£140 from Adidas UK.
I also ordered some cheap socks with them, thus would it be better
to use 'Package never arrived' or 'Socks arrived but shoes missing' ?

Not sure if its any different in UK. But I have had success easily refunding around $300 with invoice only or not arrived method.

The shoes are their signature collection, Adidas Ultra Boost, extremely well made.

Did they give u a refund straight away or say they would put it under investigation?
