They took a photo of his hand collecting the parcel but you can't see inside house and you cant see the outside of my house either. Shipped with Evri. I highly doubt they took a signature but they have photo + GPS location of delivery.

Weighs 350g and at most 400g (if my scale is wrong and I have to guess by weighing it myself).

Fresh adidas account. First order on account. In the past when I had DNA'd Nike, I managed to get refunds despite all the proofs of delivery (photo + GPS + signature) on the first order on a fresh account. Would it be the same for Adidas?

How should I proceed and what method should I use?

I have seen some people saying that UK Adidas is fine for EB regardless of weight, and SE'ing even large, heavy items like winter coats. However, there's no sense in risking it, as Adidas is an easy DNA, especially since your order value is relatively low.
