Adidas Partial Suggestions? #1
Recently ordered around 150 worth of stuff from Adidas. Was thinking I could partial to get a refund for the 2 most expensive items. Don't want to DNA as it was Parcel force tracked and signed by my bf.

Will they not investigate the fact that the parcel was a higher weight than one item? Do I need to say it looked like it was tampered with?

Thanks dudes

Packages are weighed on consignment, so If the Items are significant In weight, an Investigation may well be opened with the carrier.

Alternatively, you can opt for the wrong Item(s) received method. Purchase something that they stock (Inventory) that's "a lot cheaper", weigh around the same as the Items ordered, and claim they've sent those.

Can't seem to find the weight anywhere to check it myself. All 3 items probably weighed the same, I mean it's only clothing so it didn't weigh much to begin with.

Alternatively would you recommend DNA? this is the method I have most experience with. Tracking says I signed for it but I wasn't in the house, it's just some squiggle in the signature box.

In terms of the weight, It depends on the type of clothing and when they're combined as a total weight on consignment. It will register a noticeable weight.

Exactly what Items are you looking to SE?

DNA sounds like the easiest method here tbh.

Partial would be doable here. If there is a weight on the label its usually just a generic weight for set amount of items so they won't look too much into it.

Don't say it was tampered with because you don't want to upset parcel force. Just say items weren't in and Adidas will refund you but there support is shocking so it might take a while

Provided It's not a significant (combined) weight, a partial refund will work.

As said, you can opt for the wrong Item received method. DNA Is predominantly carrier-based and considered a generic method, so that too will suffice.

Thanks for your help mothered. I raised a DNA and after a 2 day investigation they've decided to refund me for the whole thing.
