From what you showed I would expect a refund to be coming

It might not be.

Of course, It may be declined If there are unforeseen circumstances - new evidence at hand or otherwise.

Something important I may have forgot to mention is that every other mail after the one saying a refund was issued told me ''we did not receive the correct item, send us the correct item if you want a refund''. These were all poor written emails what I assume to be from a third world country and people who don't speak my language well.
