What do you mean by that? Would you suggest me keeping on sending more emails?

You can but they'll redirect you to that person. Did it say escalated specialist in her/his signature?

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @

Are you talking about the person who said they'd issued a refund? No, they simply stated their name and nothing else. Also, the email I received was from primary@
Amazon.com even though I had sent an email to ofm@
Amazon.com. Not one of the emails I have received from ofm were well written or helpful.

Yeah they respond from different places now, I think because of the increase in fraud, their team's been divided up. Can you copy and paste the email from "Jeff's office"

Hi,
I'm Jake and I am a member of the Amazon Account Services team. Jeff Bezos received your email and I am responding on his behalf.
I've reviewed your e-mail, and I understand you're concerned about your Order: 275-357465-475636.
Your return for the order #275-357465-475636 contained counterfeit item instead of the original Apple iPhone 12 (64 GB) - green.
We cannot issue a refund for this order until we receive the correct item.
We may not respond to further emails about this issue.
Best Regards,
Jake

Subsequent to that, they haven't stated otherwise, so your refund Is forthcoming.
Do you have a copy of their refund confirmation?

What do you mean exactly by that? I received an email stating the following:
Quote:I have just checked this for you, and see that the return has now arrived and has been processed. I do not want to keep you waiting any longer, so I have just arranged a refund. The amount will be refunded to the bank account you used when placing the order, and you will see it appear within 5 work days.
You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.
I never received the supposed confirmation email. Is this something to be worried about? Did they actually issue the refund or not?

That's perfect. You can just forward that to your bank, easy win.
