So this is my first attempt as to try an trick the support into not only resetting the password but, also the email address


I had initially changed my email address when I was able to still login into my account cause, I no longer have access to that email account an has been such deemed deactivated by the provider. Since, then I can not access my account cause, I had changed my login an don't recall the password I had set to it. I for the time being am using a temporary one so that I can see if I can't get back into my account. So I need my email changed to in@Gmail.com my temporary email till I'm able to change everything along with a new password

Stating the obvious, can't you reset the password via the account recovery options?

We need you to send us a photo of you holding both your ID and something with the word ' Horcrux ' hand written on it. You must be holding both documents, we must be able to read the ID, see that you match, and read the verification word. Once we establish that you're the account holder, we can reset your e-mail address for you.
