I actually ordered earphones and then they were faulty so i tried to return them and then it showed that it can only be replaced not refunded....and thats why i think that they don't give refunds

That's because they're earphones/headphones.

They are only eligible for replacement. Many other products can be refunded.

what are the eligible items that can be refunded with Amazon? If you could please list them for me... cause i am New to all this.
