There are several resources available on this forum, all you have to do is read the posts and apply that knowledge to yourself.
@mothered also has a useful website linked in his signature called https://SocialEngineers.Net so I'd reccomend you to also have a look at that as well. Everything you need is already at your fingertips. As already suggested by @mothered use the "sealed box" method. Remember to come back here and post your updates so we can aid you futher.

ngl went through some leaked mentorship programs, and tbh all you find there you can find for free around here. in the end it seems like SE is just research, trial and error and being creative

Those "mentorship programs" are made by people who stole ideas/methods from places exactly like this.
