In conclusion, I made an order from AboutYou for about 400$ 4 items all came in one package, and will be attempting to do DNA. The Package came today no otp or signature was required, the courier just handed me the parcel. I will contact the store in 2 days and update the progress here.

Update: DNA failed could be because of a small region. They said the package was delivered successfully and had a picture of delivery. Instant fail pretty much.

Thats is pretty stupid, as AboutYou is owned by OTTO Group

And every german refunder on Telegram said, they will report you.

No one is going to report because one time they linked my payment method with a previous refund and did absolutely nothing.

I contacted the courier and found out that the phone number matched and we received pictures confirming that the parcel had been delivered.

There is nothing more we can do in this situation.

I did multiple PEB’s on them last year, in total for around 2k... in my experience PEB works better on clothes! Good luck.

Yeah same I once did peb on a jacket + coat. said got only a coat no jacket and got refunded in 3 hours.

Last year they were doable. Now they don’t. Had the same issue few month ago.
