Just doing an update. I told them gps and pictures doesn’t prove I personally did not receive my package in my hand with my signature and to escalate my case to a higher team. They emailed me back once again.

If you feel that it was stolen, please feel free to contact your local authorities in regards to your missing package.

They used the picture of the delivery and google maps pictures to “confirm” the delivery was at the correct place based on the delivery picture. I emailed them twice to escalate the case. Have been ignoring me for a week. Not sure what to do now. Any tips?
