Recently got a ASUS rog 2080ti serial and was worndering if I can do anything with it?

I was thinking something along the lines of the gpu not turning on after all the troubleshooting they give me but the thing is I’m pretty sure they’ll ask to ship back the gpu so I would have to either box them or somehow talk them into sending me another one? Not sure if they do rma’s as well. I’m not too experienced in se’ing with serials so any advice would be greatly appreciated

In terms of refunding, Asus will request the Item be returned.

You're better off purchasing the GPU, and opting for the wrong Item received method. Their terms state that they'll replace It free of cost:
Quote:Item not as described

In the rare event if your item is not as described, please send us an email at cs@asusstore.co.uk with the details and we will organise a free return and a replacement for you.

Ah interesting didn’t check their policies for refunding yet. Guessing the serial would be useless?

As with every SE, "research" prior to moving forward Is of the utmost Importance.

You can then formulate your method based on your findings.

You can still use the serial method, but It will be a little more difficult.

First and foremost, Is It under warranty? If so, what's the effective/start date?
