I got a copy of the receipt, all the photos I need of the device in order to have all info and photos if asked for some, going to use a combination of blood and faulty item methods, but I seen on ASUS' website that this item has in fact been registered by serial number, will this come in to play when I make the phone call? Thank you for your advice and help
