under 150 they instantly issue a refund

Not if you've been linked. They banned me after telling me a refund was processed. This was under 150.

What did you do after you been linked?
Did you get the refund still or have to do a a chargeback.

They sent me a generic email stating that after an assessment of my account, they took the decision to close it. Literally the same email for all closed account. Good thing is though that you can legit return it, but at your own cost, so that's what I did. They said that in the email. I returned items for 3 orders and received the refund for 2 of them and am currently waiting for the last one.

how they managed to link your accounts?

Not sure what linked it, but maybe billing addy or IP address, as I made 3 orders on 3 different accounts using the same billing addy. I made other accounts using 4g, vcc, new phone number but still got those accounts closed after I asked for a refund. Typically they refund you on chat, but for me they said my claim was sent to their "specialist team" and they'd get back via email.
