ASOS PEB Fail #1
So ive gone for peb again, new account new ip new adress, name , card everything. No trackable way to identify it. Quite literally just used a friends identity. I claimed PEB on live chat, they accepted it and said they will make a refund. Now 5 days later they sent an email saying that the refund has been cancelled after an assessment of the account, saying it is against their terms and conditions. They will ban all associated accounts. They say I can contact my bank for a refund which is what I planned. Im planning to do a chargeback however ASOS said that they will share their information with the bank. This was done on a fresh account with a card that has no SE history. I assume its safe to just request a chargeback and let the bank handle it, but wanted to ask for any advice just in case. Am I all good?

A very poor reply.

Tell them to elaborate on how the account has violated their Ts and Cs.

Did you use the new account on the same computer?

I'd not waste a bank chargeback on a small ASOS order. Save that for something bigger.

^ This.

Even If the value warrants a chargeback, the OP hasn't exhausted all options with ASOS.
