So a while ago I decided to do a warranty claim on a ryzen 3700x cpu with a serial number I found on ebay and after filing a warranty claim everything went according to plan until I sent the empty box, they claimed that they didn't receive the cpu and since there were no signs of tampering the RMA wasn't authorized. It's been a month and they ignore all my emails.

What can I do now?

Did you box them without demonstrating signs of tampering?

Well I did actually close the parcel with black tape, then cut it open and put green tape over it

In that case, as per their comment below, tell them to provide photographic evidence of the package condition.

The Images must be clearly visible and contain every angle of the package.
