So, I did FTID on amazon.de, for 2x iphone 14 pros, everything was going as planned, month passed, called support, got one refund confirmation email, was waiting for the other one, then received OFM, due to account links, weird part is that I got OFM only after I got refund confirmation. Any other ways to get a refund without chargeback?

Can someone help me ? I have no clue. Never seen anyone getting OFM after refund confirmation.

Same thing happened to me after I did the triple scan with them; they sent me an ofm email after I got my refund. If you want to check if the refund is processed, log into your amazon on DESKTOP (not mobile/app) and go to your orders; if you see the refund in green writing, that means the refund was processed. If it's not green, that means it's not processed and you wont actually get it.

OFM emails dont include account closures; they just let you know your account is on Amazon's black list now so tread carefully.

Mine got disabled, because of OFM. They closed it and mentioned it in the email.

Once the carrier has received your item it may take up to 2 weeks for us to receive it and an additional 2 weeks from the date of receipt for your return to be processed. We will then request a refund. However, in this case it takes longer than expected.

We will write back once the return has been processed.

If your account is closed you are not getting the refund for the next item. They will keep sending you the same email that your return will be processed by the returns center. But since it never will (cause you FTID) you won't be refunded., You can't just do 2 FTID that close to each other anymore. Your account was flagged after the first refund was initiated. Was the account in great standing?

Only way is to charge back. If you actually received the email that says your refund was processed then the first refund went through.

yea, well that is why the account was flagged/closed like that. And once the account is closed agents can't manually process a refund. It has to be the returns center or Account specialist.
