1. How do i use ASCii in Batch?

I've seen it before...but i just dont understand how the commands in ASCii would be interpreted or ANYTHING about it..



2. Is it possible to make batch do what the following would do?

Open Local Area Connection properties
Edit Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) settings
Choose "Use following IP address"
Make the custom IP, a number such as "111.111.111.111"
fill in the default DNS server.
Apply the options.
Open back up, and have it reconnect obtaining the IP atomatically.

i had an epiphany with the help of a kid from hf. and for some reason it got me to thinking, that i'd need to use a registry entry edit command o.o

possible?
