Update: So I dropped it off about an hour ago and on my orders page, it says refunded already... Not sure if this is a glitch or someone was too hasty. I haven't gotten the refund to show up in my account yet, I'll update you all when it does.
I had no idea you could do this, drop it off to Amazon directly I mean.
Also, not a glitch. Half the times I drop off packages, as soon as they're scanned, the company issues the refund. I don't know if it's because I've spent so much money that they do that or because of the return method? Perhaps some carriers are in better partnerships with Amazon.

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @

I sent back an AmazonBasics Bed Cover in lieu of the CPU. I managed to get the refund but I'm just keeping some money there just in case they decide to deny my attempt.

I saw the option while in the return center so I was curious to see how easy it would be compared to dropping it off at a UPS store.

Okay, that's reassuring, managed to get the refund couple of days ago, hope nothing else happens.

From what I've read they will flag your account if you have too many returns. You should be okay but I wouldn't do it more than once every two months or so.

Yeah, I made sure to have ample time between my last SE. Including this one, I only have 3 returns on my account.
