800$ Litterbox DNA? 06-30-2023, 09:08 AM
#1
I just got a cat and this dude shits like a gorilla, tired of scooping it and want to get one of these automatic ones. Thing is 800$ and looks ripe for DNA, but was wondering if any of you all have had an experience with "litter robot" by Whisker. Thing is wifi controlled so I'm slightly afraid they can/will deactivate the unit/app capability if that unit SN is compromised, but I don't know. I also can't seem to find if they're liable for lost packages, look at this shit:
https://www.litter-robot.com/legal.html#privacypolicy any of you more skilled in reading corporate slop than I, what do you think?
I really can't find anything in regards to holding liability for lost packages, only that Chewy, passes it onto you, and I think best buy does too? I think I'll hit the DNA, let me know if any of you have some advice on this particular product

Did you carefully sift through their entire terms?

For some time I did, but I'm not sure if It qualifies as "carefully" using CTRL, F I cannot find very much in mentioning of "lost" or "package" or "liability" when it regards to anything other than potential damages caused by device. Do you think I could be looking in the wrong place? Or Is this information generally in "legal?"
