Just ordered two items with these mentioned weights. Would it be successful to claim wrong item received? The cheap item is 21g and the expensive one is 58g. (item weights)

It's Amazon and already used a empty box/DNA a few times so i'm pretty sure they won't refund me and could possibly close the account.

You're taking the correct approach by not using the same method many times on the same account. Although you haven't Indicated what the Items are, the wrong Item received Is suited to any Item of reasonable size & weight, so It certainly can work. Depending on the packaging, you can use the sealed box method. Given they're extremely light, you also have the option to box them.

Yes, the wrong Item should be left as Is In Its original form.

It depends on item price but if its cheap you should create new account with new data and simply try missing item. Im pretty sure if its <$100 Amazon will refund you without trouble.

Yep, not good news unfortunately. They told me to send back the correct item for a refund. They also banned my account to my amazement. (only one refund prior)

The weight of the package they sent was 0.3KG the weight of the returned parcel was 0.297 so basically the same. They have the item i returned plus the refund. Surely this is an easy chargeback because they're not budging?

Pretty sure they have no CCTV, so it should be simple to sort it out via other avenues.
