Hey guys, slight problem. I was talking to the rep with the order number and serial number but she kept asking for more priavte infomation such as: name of the person who made the purchase, the address, etc...What do I do?

My situation that I told her was: " I got this for my mom as a gift and recently it just stopped working, can you please address this problem?"
