3k PC #1
I ordered a 3.2k pc from GameStop I was thinking about Just claiming an Unauthorized charge, I've logged on to the account with a VPN at various times as well and will change my password to make it seem like I just noticed everything.

Any advice or approaches I should take?

What are the odd you think this would work?

RE: 3k PC #2
Why not "simple" DNA?

I have to write a longer message but I really don't have anything to add to that question.

It requires a signature I could have someone else sign for it or fake it but I was considering the fact it's 3k and the chances of succeeding. Now I could try that and then do a Paypal claim if it fails. but being that it's 3k and it's being signed for. I just think unauthorized has a better chance. sorry if my typing is a bit redundant

A very good chance, Irrespective of the Item value.

A signature Is a useless form of verification. The driver himself could've signed the consignment, and taken the goods with him - I've personally experience It. Or perhaps handed the package to the wrong recipient. There are so many possibilities, hence the reason why a signature holds no value when faked.

Yes true, So what do you think my plan of action should be, should I do INR through paypal, or call it through GameStop and if it doesn't work do an unauthorized purchase claim.

When hitting the INR, PayPal tends to side with the seller by using tracking Information that's marked the consignment as delivered.

First and foremost, are they responsible for loss of goods during transit?

This should always be the last resort - when all else fails.

A chargeback and bank reversal Is also available.

Yes GameStop is liable for the package until it reaches the door.  and thanks for that Info I stay away from INR.

^ If that's precisely what's stated In their terms, they're trying to release themselves from liability by putting the responsibility on the recipient the moment the package Is dropped off.

If you're planning to use the DNA, keep the details to a minimum. Simply say you're waiting for the package to arrive and leave It at that. As such, the carrier Is at fault for failing to drop It off at your home or otherwise - which ultimately voids their above terms.

The driver signed the wrong sig on the package himself and left it. Doing DNA if it fails (Which it shouldn't) I'll do UA. Will update with full details and process

In that case, the claim cannot be declined based on the signature Itself.

Be sure to remain adamant that you're still waiting for the package to arrive.
