24hr Verizon Phone Call 12-28-2022, 09:03 AM #1
Running late today., i cant seem to get anyone that actually can do anything (over phone) until tomorrow / Is it a wrap for tonight? Im in middle of a DNA with them and i want to make sure its reported asap and try to talk rep into letting me just pick up a pair in the moring

Will do, with amazon I'm usually comfortable waiting 24hrs-72hrs after the courier event (partly cause i had no choice Smile , however i think subconsciously I stress dealing w Verizon, specifically, because I never know what caliber of rep I'm going to be dealing with. Their front-line people are probably the farthest from each other on either side of the spectrum or any company I've worked w before. Thanks for the follow-up!
