I would like to receive 2 rayban glasses, I have seen that the best method is EB my doubt comes on if it is possible to claim that the 2 glasses are missing by EB or you recommend me in this case a DNA.

The likelihood of both pairs of glasses being missing (given the usual method is say the case, etc. turned up but no glasses) is pretty slim, so it would probably be a safer bet to DNA. Alternatively, you could buy one pair from one retailer, and another pair from a different retailer, and then EB those individually.

I recently completed a DNA with Ray Ban for 2 pairs of glasses, $350~ total. Zero pushback, no formal carrier investigation as far as I could tell, and refund was processed with less than 5 emails back and forth with customer service. DNA will make sense here more than EB, since you're going with 2 products.
