Is it okay to have to investigations with 2 couriers with 2 different SE methods? - one being Oculus (still dont think they actually reach out to courier)

Are they both different carriers?
If so, It's perfectly fine. Different carrier services do not operate on the same database.

Doubt different couriers speak to each other, so I'd say you're pretty safe, if those investigations even exist
