I can't get past the white screebn either, I've heard you can call up up. Is that what you did OP?

From my understanding the white screen problem is a non-aged account issue. To those getting white screens, how aged are your accounts?

Same account? Even if it was a new account it was only one month from your previous one and for pp ua to work you need at least a 3 month pp account.
