Just to clarify, in VB at least, there are going to be different results based on whether the input is interpreted as hexadecimal or not.
Since x != y, should I just use the input like I do in x and just use some simple calculations to switch the numbers, or should I use y? Maybe I'm just confusing myself and you want me to interpret the input and make the output like so:
Code:
Dim x As Integer = 123456
Dim y As Integer = &H123456Since x != y, should I just use the input like I do in x and just use some simple calculations to switch the numbers, or should I use y? Maybe I'm just confusing myself and you want me to interpret the input and make the output like so:
Code:
Dim input As Integer = Integer.TryParse(inputStream.readLine().Split("x"c)(1))
Dim output As String = String.Format("0x{0}", CStr(switcher(input)))![[Image: CDUAq9d.png]](http://i.imgur.com/CDUAq9d.png)
