I expect many botters, as those party hats will be very valuable, but I will be giving the 100% for finding one.
I don't think I will find 2 lol, I must be extreme lucky then. Why don't hunt party hats for yourself, or perhaps set up a bot?

I don't play 07 anymore. It just wasn't the same as when I originally played it. Runescape has been ruined for me :/ Good luck though OP.

Has this even been confirmed? I can't see them further raping the damaged economy of that game on purpose.

Not really a fake ass video, the channel is owned by the employees of Jagex and the video's are uploaded by moderators from RuneScape, enough proof.
