The store just keeps repeating that they can't help me. I noticed that The same rep keeps replying to my emails, and when I ask for my claim to be escalated they just ignore it. I can't explain it over the phone either as they don't have a phone support line.
How do I proceed?
That's weird af. What company is it though? It is possible that they could have detected some unusual / fraudulent behaviour on your account and for that cause they may refuse to refund. Am thinking hat you could do is to contact the company by email, fresh attempting to escalate the order yourself and you may have the chance to bump into a nicer assistant. Say lines like, 'Unfairly treated, responded dismissively and disappointed with the overall experience, definitely disturbing and distressful. l urge you for a resolution that would not disappoint your customer (name of agent.) It wouldn't leave a good impression on (company name) to treat customer unfaithfully and dismissively. You're a consumer yourself (agent name), please comprehend my unfortunate situation. Thank you and have a blissful day.

Not sure how you are even expecting a detailed explanation from anyone here when you won't even say what company it is.

100% agreed, for purely egotistical reasons.

I'm sorry, I didn't think it would be viewed that way. The company is alza.cz, I didn't think mentioning it would be of help to anyone.

I know Alza. I haven't tried to SE them personally, but countries in Eastern Europe are usually a lot less forgiving and customer-friendly than those in the US or Western Europe.

No problem. If you fill in your company name, it allows users to bring you more details and those with experience to bring it by knowing their customer service and their ability to handle requests.
