Only the glasses were missing. Just know that UPS will knock on your door to come and collect the case (happened with me and everyone I know who hit Rayban). They might let you know beforehand, or UPS might come without your knowledge. If you don't answer, they will try a total of 3 items to collect and then leave. The might try twice on the same day, or 3 consecutive days.

Edit: Also, Rayban might ask for ID when they assess your claim (they did with me, the second time I hit them). You can give them your ID, just blur out any sensitive details on it.

I have only done DNA for Ray Ban, rather than empty box/empty case. No further carrier investigation was performed - as far as I can tell, anyway - no ID was required, no PR was required, and the refund was processed the next day, with a total of 4 emails back and forth with support.

I hit Rayban last year with a PEB, got refunded instantly and did not need an investigation.
