Ordered a Nikon Z7II from Amazon. Claimed DNA but this was on a 10 decade old account with hundreds to thousands of legitimate purchases. It involved a PR and it took like a month and then some.

Had a similar experience, but this was quite a few years back. Even then they made it tough.
