When do they generally do that? After receiving the replacement item I sent them?

Do you have any ideas on how to increase the weight of the package? If an Investigation Is opened and the weight Is cross-checked, the difference Is significant enough to decline the claim.

However I believe that the Amazon workers in my area don't really care enough, so I hope for a successful outcome because of the amazon workers' apathy. I probably shouldn't rely on this, however this is the most convenient option for me.I wouldn't personally rely on the probability of the worker's Incapacity to handle returns accordingly, but It's your SE and your call.

After 14 days passed and I still didn't hear about the refund, I went on live chat and the rep apologized and told me he escalated the situation.Somehow you have appealed to their emotions and they valued your refund over their job. Which, considering the climate now at AMZN, I'm not surprised representatives are being a lot more lenient. Congratulations on the successful refund.
Two days after, I contacted amazon again, here's where it gets interesting and also weird. After I explained the situation the rep told me to wait a little as he checked if he could manually issue me a refund, and when he did he told me I can't read the chat history again later on and it would be deleted. I also wouldn't receive an email about neither the chat nor the refund. I just received my refund a minute ago. Still no email confirmation though. Anyone know what's up with that?
